Geosafaris Safaris Guide Kenya Guide The Geosafaris private camps are located in the Maasai Mara Game Reserve and Samburu Game Reserve, on secluded and forested sites. Camps can be pitched also in other national parks as required, such as Tsavo National Park, Meru National Park, Aberdares National Park and many more. The camps consist of accommodation tents called "Manyara", as well as a mess tent, kitchen tents and staff tents. The facilities are transported to the sites by truck, and are erected a few days before the arrival of the clients by our staff consisting of a manager, cooks, waiters, tent stewards and watchmen. The Manyara tents are 30 feet long, 10 feet high and 10 feet wide. They contain two full size beds, dressing table, luggage rack, two chairs on the outside verandah, as well as an en-suite shower and a chemical toilet. All mattresses, linen, pillows, towels and blankets are provided, as are mirrors, wash basins, lamps on the bedside tables, and carpets. Convenience items such as soap, bottled mineral water, paper tissues, umbrellas and flashlights are standard accoutrements. To complement this type of luxury camping, a laundry service is provided, and water for both washing and showers is always available. In our camp you are definitely close to the natural Africa, but within the confines of luxury.
