Africa comes alive with the first rays of sunlight, and early risers will be amply rewarded by sightings or rare wildlife species. Game drives can last three to four hours, but on return to the camp a hearty breakfast awaits you. Midday is reserved for relaxing in camp, chatting to the staff or taking a nap. At about 4 p.m., tea is served and then the evening game drive begins. By dark, you will be back in camp for a hot shower and drinks around the campfire.
